About Ron Slotin
Ron Slotin has over 20 years of cross border business experience between the US and Brazil markets.
Ron is a former Georgia State Senator. He served two terms in the Georgia legislature representing the City of Atlanta.
After politics, Ron moved to Sao Paulo to work for one of the largest cellular phone distributors in the world (Brightpoint – now Ingram Micro). His responsibilities included setting up their Brazil office, assisting in the acquisition of two Brazilian companies and serving as Business Development Manager.
Ron then served as International Sales Manager for Mandala International which offers ANVISA registration and distribution support in Brazil for health-related companies in the pharmaceutical, medical equipment, biotech, food supplement, veterinary, cosmetic and sanitary products industries.
Ron most recently worked as Brazil Strategy Director for Drummond Advisors which specializes in cross border transactions between the U.S. and Brazil markets including Legal, Accounting, Tax Strategies, Immigration Visas and Business Advisory services.
Ron currently serves on the Board for the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of the Southeast (BACC-SE) based in Atlanta, Georgia.
